Refund policy

30-day return policy. Return within 14 days of receiving. Item must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging. Need receipt. Contact us at hello@fontanawinekit.com to start returning. Send the return to the specified address. No returns without request. Contact us for questions.

Damages: inspect upon receipt. Report defects, wrong items or damage immediately.

Non-returnable items: perishable, custom, personal care, hazardous, flammable, sale items, gift cards. Contact us for questions.

Exchanges: return the item, and purchase a new one.

EU 14-day cooling off period: return for any reason within 14 days if shipped to EU. Item must be in original condition.

Refunds: notify after return inspection. Approved refund auto-processed in 10 biz days. Contact us if more than 15 biz days have passed.
