"Terms of Service Operated by Fontana Wine Kits, this site's "we," "us," and "our" refer to Fontana. By using our site or purchasing, you engage in our "Service" and agree to these terms. New features added to the store also fall under these terms. Check back periodically for updates. Hosted by Shopify Inc.

Section 1 - Store Terms By agreeing, you affirm being of legal age or have parental consent for minors. Don't use products illegally or violate laws. No harmful code is allowed. Violation results in termination.

Section 2 - General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service. Content, excluding credit card info, maybe unencrypted during transfer and is subject to change for technical reasons. Don't copy, sell, or exploit the Service without permission. Headings are for convenience only.

Section 4: Service/Price Modifications Prices are subject to change. Right to modify/discontinue Service w/o notice. No liability.

Section 6: Billing/Account Info Right to refuse/limit orders. Provide accurate info for purchases. Update account info promptly.

Section 7: Optional Tools Third-party tools w/o control/warranties. Use at your own risk. Subject to these Terms of Service.

Section 8: Third-Party Links Third-party materials/websites are not our responsibility. No liability for harm/damages from transactions. Review third-party policies.

Section 9: User Comments/Submissions Not liable for user submissions.

Section 14 - INDEMNITY agrees to defend, and indemnify FONTANA WINE KITS and all affiliates from 3rd party claims.

Section 15 - SEVERABILITY Invalid terms will still apply to the extent allowed by law, others remain valid.

Section 16 - TERMINATION Liability before the end date survives, the agreement ends upon notification or failure to comply.

Section 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT Not exercising rights doesn't waive them. The agreement supersedes all prior.

Section 18 - GOVERNING LAW Agreement governed by Canadian law.

Section 19 - CHANGES TO TOS TOS subject to change, check regularly. Continued use signifies acceptance.
